POP MART, a leader in pop culture retail, seeks an Assistant Store Manager in Georgetown, SC. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales performance, develop a high-performing team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience on the sales floor.

In this role you will oversee daily operations, inventory, merchandising, and brand standards, serve as MOD when needed, and help launch campaigns that engage collectors and first-time visitors.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and business performance metrics.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Interest in designer toys, collectibles, art, anime, gaming, fashion, or pop culture is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Brand Associates and Sales Leads.
• Drive sales goals and KPIs, analyze results, and implement action plans.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and safety.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and visual merchandising standards.
• Create a customer-first culture and reflect POP MART’s premium brand experience.
