Job summary

Designer Brands is seeking a Store Leader to support and drive store performance. You will partner with management on daily priorities, assist with merchandising, inventory, and omni-channel activities, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

You will help monitor compliance, execute in-store processes, and maintain strong i nventory controls while coaching associates to meet KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Requires strong customer service and teamwork.
• Good communication skills in verbal and written form.
• Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with POS systems helpful.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store standards and provide a positive customer experience.
• Assist with opening/closing, cleaning, and maintenance.
• Support merchandising, inventory, and omni-channel activities.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to follow policies and procedures.
• Engage customers and drive sales through product presentation and service.
