Job summary

POP MART is hiring a Retail Store Manager for our Cabazon, CA location. Lead a high-performing team to deliver excellent customer experiences, drive sales, manage inventory, and execute visual merchandising aligned with POP MART standards.

You will own daily operations, coach leaders, and sustain a premium store environment while supporting brand events and cross-functional collaboration. Must thrive in a fast-paced retail setting and have a passion for designer toys and pop culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience leading high-volume, customer-focused stores.
• Experience leading teams of 10+ employees with coaching and development.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and using metrics to drive performance.
• Experience with visual merchandising standards and marketing initiatives.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing leadership team and store associates.
• Own the store's overall financial performance including sales, payroll, expenses, and profitability.
• Lead execution of product launches, promotions, and seasonal floor sets.
• Champion an exceptional customer experience and brand ambassador for POP MART.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, cash handling, inventory control, and loss prevention.
