Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience leading high-volume, customer-focused stores.
• Proven success managing sales performance, operations, and team development.
• Experience leading teams of 10+ employees, coaching and developing leaders.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and using metrics to drive performance.
• Experience executing visual merchandising standards and marketing initiatives.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving retail environment.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Appreciation of designer toys, collectibles, art, pop culture, or lifestyle brands is valued.
• Experience collaborating with international or cross-functional teams is a plus.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, coaching, development, and retention of leadership and store teams.
• Own store financials: sales, payroll, expenses, profitability, and operations.
• Drive KPIs: sales, conversion, UPT, ATV, payroll productivity, inventory accuracy, customer satisfaction.
• Lead product launches, limited-edition releases, and promotions.
• Create exceptional customer experiences through knowledgeable service and brand ambassadors.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, cash handling, inventory control, and stockroom.
• Maintain visually compelling store environment aligned with brand standards.
• Support events, pop-ups, and community engagement; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
