DSW in Scottsdale is seeking a Store Leader to elevate the customer experience and drive sales by coaching the team, supervising operations, and executing company strategies on the floor.

You will plan merchandising, manage labor, oversee in-store and omnichannel initiatives, and ensure policy compliance, while building a diverse, high-performing team that delivers results and a positive shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Elevate in-store experience by modeling, coaching, and driving KPI performance.
• Develop and communicate store strategies aligned to company goals; foster growth and innovation.
• Deliver financial plans to drive KPI performance and adjust to trends.
• Recognize and reinforce behaviors meeting customer and business needs.
• Resolve customer and associate feedback with urgency.
• Plan merchandise movement responsive to customer trends.
• Oversee omnichannel activities in-store (Charge/Send, BOPIS).
• Lead scheduling, payroll, and labor planning to meet targets.
