Qualifications

• 3+ years customer service or retail leadership experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google applications, computer systems and tablet devices.

Responsibilities

• Lead Assistant Store Leaders and Team Leaders in setting sales, customer service and visual merchandising goals and standards.
• Communicate store goals and initiatives to all associates.
• Manage metrics such as sales, visual standards, safety, loss prevention, HR, payroll and scheduling budgets, and training.
• Conduct weekly walkthroughs to set priorities and direction for the store.
• Identify problems, analyze root causes, and implement solutions to drive results.
• Coach leaders to create development plans for all team members.
• Address associate relations issues with Area/Regional leadership as needed.
• Communicate with area/regional management and participate in meetings.
• Encourage collaboration and co-ownership across channels.
• Promote teamwork and safe, efficient store operations.
• Ensure customers receive gracious, quick, and effective service.
