Job summary

Crate & Barrel in Atlanta is seeking a Team Leader, Trade to drive sales goals and develop associates. Under the Assistant Store Leader, Design & Trade you will lead a designated team, coach on performance, and train staff on product knowledge, selling, customer service and store procedures.

You will spend significant time on the sales floor interacting with customers and team members, manage workloads, and ensure the store runs smoothly.

Qualifications

1+ years customer service or retail leadership experience.
Experience with Microsoft Office, Google applications, computer systems and tablet devices.
Full-Time roles require open availability to work flexible hours on weekdays, evenings and weekends.
Strong ability to lead, coach and develop team members for growth.
Proven track record of meeting sales goals and customer service standards.

Responsibilities

Lead designated team and manage associate workload with the Assistant Store Leader.
Coach associates on performance and maintain a strong visible presence in the department.
Support performance and development for the designated team to foster growth.
Provide timely feedback about performance and share observations with leadership.
