Qualifications

• Experience directing store teams to achieve sales growth.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment, and systems.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise store team members to maximize sales and ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Solicit orders, sell products, and represent the company according to policy.
• Maintain customer base and increase sales at assigned accounts.
• Coordinate sales call efforts with the Territory Sales Manager.
• Develop and post schedules based on sales and payroll forecasting.
• Review timecards and ensure accurate punches daily.
• Ensure training on policies, customer service, and safety is completed.
• Work with Sales and Pricing to establish pricing levels for professional customers.
• Maximize gross profit on outside purchases.
• Monitor price overrides and ensure policy compliance.
• Ensure store is organized and aligned with policies.
• Communicate new information to team members.
• Implement planogram changes and merchandising plans.
• Provide stock adjustment recaps to Inventory Control.
• Handle daily store accounting tasks accurately.
• Monitor accounts and coordinate with credit department.
