Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail experience, including knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and customer service excellence.
• 2+ years directly supervising a diverse team, including performance management and talent development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage store operations, ensuring SOPs and company programs are followed.
• Deliver sales and KPI targets in line with annual objectives; drive team performance.
• Lead execution of our customer brand promises.
• Staff the store with qualified team members; hire, train, coach, and manage performance.
• Maintain cross-training across store departments and drive customer experience.
