Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of customer service or retail leadership experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google applications, computer systems and tablet devices.
• Excellent reading and written language skills (English).

Responsibilities

• Lead Assistant Store Leaders and Team Leaders to set and maintain sales, customer service and visual merchandising goals and standards for all associates.
• Communicate store goals and initiatives to all associates and align with company mission.
• Manage critical metrics including sales, visual standards, safety, loss prevention, HR, payroll, scheduling and training.
• Conduct weekly walkthroughs with leadership to set direction for the store.
• Identify problems, analyze causes, and propose solutions to achieve goals.
• Coach leaders to create development plans for team members.
• Address associate relations issues with Area/Regional Leader as needed.
• Communicate with area/regional management and participate in meetings and calls.
• Foster collaboration, cooperation and co-ownership across channels.
• Promote teamwork and ensure safety, efficiency, and high service standards.
• Provide gracious, quick, and enthusiastic customer service; model positive attitude.
• Other duties as assigned.
