Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years customer service or retail leadership experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google applications, computer systems and tablet devices.
• Willingness to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead Assistant Store Leaders and Team Leaders to meet sales, customer service and visual merchandising goals.
• Communicate store goals and initiatives to all associates.
• Manage metrics such as sales, safety, loss prevention, payroll and scheduling budgets, and training.
• Coach and develop store staff; address associate relations issues.
• Ensure excellent customer service and everyday store operations are running smoothly.
