Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead Assistant Store Leaders and Team Leaders to set and maintain sales, customer service, and visual merchandising goals.
• Communicate store goals and initiatives to all store associates.
• Manage store metrics including sales, safety, payroll, scheduling, budgeting, and training.
• Coach leaders to develop team members and resolve associate relations issues.
