Qualifications

• 3+ years customer service or retail leadership experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google applications, computer systems and tablet devices

Responsibilities

• Lead Assistant Store Leaders and Team Leaders to set and maintain sales, customer service and visual merchandising goals for all associates.
• Guide and communicate store business goals, company mission, and initiatives to all store associates.
• Establish and communicate key metrics and expectations across the store, including sales, visuals, safety, loss prevention, payroll and scheduling budgets, and training.
• Set priorities and direct the store by conducting weekly walkthroughs with leadership peers.
• Achieve goals, analyze problems, and propose solutions that drive positive results.
• Coach leadership to create development plans for all team members.
• Address associate relations issues with sensitivity and escalation to Area/Regional Leader as needed.
• Communicate with area/regional management regularly and participate in meetings and calls.
• Foster collaboration and co-ownership across business channels.
• Promote teamwork by ensuring safe, respectful, and efficient operations.
• Ensure customers receive gracious, quick, and efficient service; model enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
• Other duties as assigned.
