Staples in Camp Hill, PA is seeking an Assistant Manager to drive sales, service and customer engagement in the store and ensure the store is ready for business. You and your team will establish customer relationships that build loyalty, provide total solutions to meet customer’s needs and grow the business.

You will guide your team in being positive, inclusive, and collaborative while helping your customers achieve their goals. Hiring immediately.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing a sales team in retail or services.
• Experience coaching a customer-centric, solutions-based team.
• Able to engage with customers to identify needs and opportunities.
• Strong communication, organization and planning, adaptable to priorities.
• Disputes managed in a calm, cooperative manner; high integrity.
• Able to perform in a fast-paced environment; lift/move 10–50 lbs.

• Provide strong leadership in community, customer service, sales, and team development.
• Develop a high-performing team focused on exceptional store experience, consultative selling, and total solutions.
• Coach, train, and role-play to deliver results and drive conversions.
• Meet sales, service goals, and cost controls; oversee store operations.
• Set the business cadence for sales readiness and merchandising opportunities.
• Collaborate with the GM to delegate operational tasks and manage floor leadership.
• Champion Staples initiatives and adapt to changes and responsibilities.
