Formación

• 2+ years managing a sales team in a retail or services industry.
• Experience coaching and developing a customer-centric team.
• Ability to engage customers, understand needs, and drive solutions.
• Strong communication, organization and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales and service goals.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strong leadership in community, customer service, sales, and team development.
• Develop a high-performing team focused on exceptional store experience and consultative selling.
• Coach, train, and role-play to deliver results.
• Attain sales and services goals, profit margin and execution of store operations.
• Establish business cadence for sales readiness and merchandising opportunities.
• Assist with delegating operational tasks in partnership with the GM.
