Job summary

The Michaels Stores in Georgia seeks a Store Manager to lead the store team and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will set workload plans, drive KPI achievement, and ensure compliance with SOPs and company programs while maintaining store standards and safety.

You will hire, train and coach Team Members, oversee performance management and talent development, and act as Manager on Duty to ensure smooth operations across all departments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail experience with inventory management, merchandising and customer service excellence.
• 2+ years direct supervision of a diverse team, including performance management and talent development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the store, ensuring SOPs and policies are followed.
• Deliver sales and KPI goals in line with annual objectives.
• Lead execution of customer brand promises and safety programs.
• Staff the store with qualified Team Members and manage performance.
• Maintain cross-training across departments and ensure readiness for duties as MOD.
