Job summary

The Michaels store in ATL-HIRAM, GA seeks a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team, deliver a great customer experience, and ensure KPI achievement within budget. You will drive compliance with SOPs and company programs while upholding safety and operational standards.

As MOD, you will hire, train, coach and develop Team Members, ensuring cross-training across departments including Custom Framing. The role requires leadership across evenings, weekends and early mornings to meet business

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail experience with knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and customer service excellence.
• 2+ years of experience directly supervising a diverse team, including performance management and talent development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the store to meet SOPs and company programs.
• Deliver sales and KPI results by guiding staff and managing resources.
• Lead the execution of our customer brand promises.
• Implement shrink and safety programs to meet goals.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop Team Members; manage performance.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) and ensure cross-training in Custom Framing.
• Maintain store operations across departments and ensure proper workload scheduling.
