Qualifications

• One-year work experience in Retail Management preferred.
• One-year customer service experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen where applicable.
• Must be able to read and speak English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Execute retail operations plan to achieve daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals.
• Manage day-to-day retail operations within the store area.
• Lead, mentor, and train Retail Sales Associates to meet standards.
• Ensure store is clean, safe, and aligned with brand image.
• Respond to customer needs and de-escalate issues when necessary.
• Coordinate with leadership to drive engagement and performance.
