Citi Trends is seeking a Store Manager to lead all aspects of store performance, people leadership, and operational execution. You will manage daily operations, drive sales and profitability, and ensure a superior customer experience while coaching a high-performing store team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager or equivalent retail leadership role.
• 5–7 years of overall retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and people leadership skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations to achieve sales goals, profit objectives, and customer experience standards.
• Monitor sales performance and take action to drive results and address opportunities.
• Maintain payroll, shrink control, and operating expenses.
• Ensure inventory controls and shrink prevention standards are followed.
• Recruit, coach, and develop store associates to build a high performing team.
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance management to staff.
• Ensure customers receive excellent service in a safe, organized store environment.
• Address customer concerns professionally and promptly.
