Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of Store Manager or equivalent retail leadership experience.
• 5–7 years of overall retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and people leadership skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations, including percentages.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations to meet sales goals, profit objectives and customer experience standards.
• Monitor sales performance and address opportunities.
• Maintain payroll, shrink controls and operating expenses.
• Ensure inventory controls and shrink-prevention compliance.
• Uphold CITITRENDS policies, procedures and standards.
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, coach and, when needed, counsel or terminate associates.
• Direct and supervise associates in sales, inventory, cash handling and customer service.
• Build staffing levels to support operations and performance.
• Provide ongoing coaching and performance management.
• Ensure a safe, organized and welcoming environment for customers.
• Address customer concerns professionally and promptly.
