Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all store operations, ensuring SOP adherence and policy compliance.
• Deliver sales and KPI objectives and manage the team to achieve targets.
• Lead the execution of our customer brand promises.
• Implement shrink and safety programs to meet goals.
• Set, prioritize, and communicate goals using company tools.
• Staff the store with qualified Team Members, train, coach, and manage performance.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) and cross-train Managers in framing and production.
