You will own workload planning and staffing alignment with store leadership to meet business needs.

Responsibilities include maintaining pricing integrity, executing promotions, and leading a team to deliver stock accuracy and efficient store operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and early mornings.
• Strong workload planning and inventory management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing and inventory routines.
• Lead planogram sets and visual standards to ensure a customer-ready store environment.
• Oversee pricing accuracy and timely promotional execution.
• Provide MOD coverage and store leadership continuity.
• Oversee Ship from Store, RTVs, and ASN processes with proper documentation.
• Train and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
