Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to train, coach, and develop team members.
• Strong merchandising and visual standards execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead truck execution and ensure efficient flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute and maintain Store-In-Stock Optimization (SISO) routines to drive in-stock levels.
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Manage pricing changes and promotional signage for accuracy and customer focus.
• Support Ship from Store fulfillment, returns processing, and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure clean, organized store environment and strong asset protection practices.
