Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead daily store operations, coach teammates, uphold product standards, and drive results. You will back up the Assistant Store Manager and help cultivate a high-performance store culture.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year in retail, 18+ years old, and flexibility to work full-time including evenings, weekends and holidays. Local language fluency is needed; basic English is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a retail environment
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work full-time including evenings, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Analyze daily sales trends to inform real-time decisions
• Analyze merchandise reports and direct merchandising moves for display optimization
• Understand loss prevention standards and store audit results
• Lead or rotate ownership of areas like Talent, Visuals, Operations to gain cross-functional experience
• Provide customers with product information and recommendations
• Communicate with teammates and store leadership about accidents or injuries promptly
• Set clear priorities, sales targets, and KPI goals for sales staff
• Support onboarding and ongoing training with store and regional leadership teams
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
