Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a retail environment.
• Comfortable with technology (hand-held and mobile devices).
• Able to stand, lift up to 25 lbs./12kgs during each shift.

Responsibilities

• Analyze daily sales trends to drive real-time decisions.
• Direct merchandising moves to maximize presentation.
• Uphold loss prevention standards and audit compliance.
• Lead store areas such as Talent, Visuals, Operations to gain broad experience.
• Provide customers with detailed information about products.
• Communicate priorities and KPI targets to sales teammates.
• Support onboarding and training with store and regional leadership.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
