Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience as department manager or equivalent.
• Experience coaching and developing associates to hit service, operating, and business goals.
• Ability to use KPIs, metrics and data insights to drive decisions.
• Proven cross-department collaboration to improve store performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager and associates in delivering a great customer experience.
• Lead merchandising and operating initiatives with teams.
• Communicate store plans and results to associates based on survey data.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify opportunities and implement solutions.
• Provide performance feedback and support labor and cost management daily.
