Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience as department manager or equivalent.
• Experience leading and coaching associates to achieve service and business goals.
• Ability to use KPIs and data to identify opportunities and support decisions.

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager and associates in delivering a favorable customer shopping experience.
• Lead merchandising and operating initiatives with department heads.
• Develop action plans based on Associate Insight survey results.
• Identify opportunities and create plans to implement them.
• Model inclusive leadership and maintain customer service standards.
• Support store performance by managing budgeting and labor costs.
