Job summary

Ross Stores, Inc. is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the daily operations of a Mooresville, NC store. You will drive sales, manage the merchandising flow, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service.

You will oversee payroll, scheduling, training, and compliance with company policies while maintaining a welcoming, easy-to-shop environment for customers and a strong brand presence in-store.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of Store management experience in a retail environment.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to train, coach and develop Associates.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations to meet company standards and best practices.
• Staff, train and develop Assistant Managers, Area Supervisors and Associates.
• Manage the stockroom, front end, and sales floor to ensure timely receipt and merchandising.
• Schedule Associates to meet business objectives and payroll requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, loss prevention and company policies.
