Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience or High School Diploma/GED and 5 years retail management experience.
• Licensed pharmacy technician as required by state OR pharmacy assistant in WA state OR licensed RPh as soon as possible given state law requirements, no later than 12 months from Store Manager position start date.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage store and pharmacy operations, including scheduling and staff delegation.
• Monitor customer service and train team members to deliver a distinctive customer and patient experience.
• Analyze financial and performance data, review KPIs, and implement action plans to increase sales and control costs.
