Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations of a Walgreen store, including pharmacy. You will lead merchandising, ensure asset protection, and deliver a distinctive customer and patient experience while guiding the team.

The role requires strong leadership, training, and scheduling skills, plus ability to analyze performance and drive sales. You may liaison with district management and must comply with all policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years retail management experience or High School Diploma/GED with 5 years retail management experience.
• Licensed pharmacy technician as required by state OR pharmacy assistant per state requirements.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer experience and service standards across retail and pharmacy.
• Supervise store and pharmacy operations including shifts, scheduling, and delegation.
• Oversee merchandising, inventory management, receiving, stocking, pricing, and stock liquidation.
• Analyze financial and performance data to increase sales and control costs.
• Hire, train, and manage store team performance and development.
• Coordinate with district management and pharmacy leadership to improve performance.

Education
