Job summary

You will lead staffing, coaching, and performance management, while ensuring compliance with policies and safety requirements. The role emphasizes driving sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction across all store activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (internship) program.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.
• Willingness to accept promotion into Store Manager position and potential relocation.
• Experience leading and developing teams, with performance management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and team scheduling across front-end and pharmacy.
• Lead customer service initiatives and resolve complaints to improve experience.
• Support Store Manager with community outreach and partnerships.
• Manage cash handling and store inventory controls; ensure SOP adherence.
