Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Walgreens Community Internship Program or HS Diploma with supervisory experience.
• Evidence of leadership, ethics, and strong communication skills.
• Completion of Walgreens LEAP or equivalent training within 12 weeks for ESM role.

Responsibilities

• Supervises front-end operations and pharmacy staff to meet store deliverables.
• Coaches and trains team; manages performance and disciplinary actions.
• Oversees scheduling, time records, and coverage to ensure proper staffing.
• Analyzes store performance data and drives improvement initiatives.
• Supports Store Manager and District Manager in strategic planning and operations.
