Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a solid academic record.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities that include professional ethics and strong communication skills.
• Completion of Store Manager training program (LEAP) or willingness to complete Walgreens Leadership Essentials.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekends.
• Willingness to accept promotion into a Store Manager position and potential relocation within Walgreens.
• Ability to transfer to other Walgreens retail assets within the same hiring Area.

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and front-end operations and supports store management.
• Leads recruitment, hiring, performance management, and disciplinary processes for team members.
• Ensures excellent customer experience and resolves complaints efficiently.
• Manages store operations, scheduling, and collaboration with external partners as needed.
• Analyzes financial and performance data to drive business improvements and opportunities.
• Oversees cash handling, inventory control, and compliance with policies and laws.
• Ensures team training and development, and maintains store safety and asset protection.
