T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Store Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of store performance, from staffing and scheduling to marketing and loss prevention.

You will lead a team to drive sales, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence in a busy retail environment. The role requires ownership of store functions, coaching staff, and implementing initiatives to improve metrics while aligning with brand standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• 2-4 years Management experience in retail sales (Preferred).
• 2-4 years Sales & sales management experience (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead employee development and coaching to improve customer interactions and complete required training on schedule
• Resolve customer issues to enhance the customer experience and align with brand expectations
• Manage store operations including staffing, scheduling, labor controls, marketing, and loss prevention to ensure store success
• Monitor sales, inventory, and store programs to support operational excellence and implement new initiatives
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
