You'll coach associates, monitor performance, and implement development plans while maintaining store standards and merchandising. This role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and results in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within retail, restaurant, or wireless industry is preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Talent management: hiring, training, mentoring the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Own store numbers: lead by example, track metrics, and coach daily.
• Run store operations: staffing, cash handling, compliance, opening/closing tasks.
• Delight customers: model Victra service standards and resolve issues on the floor.
• Build relationships: communicate openly with team and store leaders.
