You’ll lead by example, support daily operations, and help the team hit sales goals while upholding safety and standards. We require 1+ year of retail experience, strong communication and teamwork, flexibility for evenings and weekends, and a readiness to own store outcomes.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and ready to take ownership.
• Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor with an “Always on, Never no” mindset.
• Coach the team to deliver great service and product knowledge.
• Support sales goals by staying engaged on the floor and helping close the loop with customers.
• Help manage daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and floor coverage.
• Move with purpose by keeping the store organized and customer ready.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and SOPs to protect customers and products.
• Take ownership of store execution and standards.
