You will support the Store Manager, manage daily operations, and uphold standards to keep the store secure and selling. This role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on teamwork and execution.

Qualifications

• 1+ years retail experience in a leadership role.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, self motivated, and ready to take ownership.
• Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor with energy, confidence, and solutions to customer interactions.
• Coach the team to deliver great service and keep customers excited to shop.
• Support sales goals by engaging on the floor and closing the loop with customers.
• Help manage daily store operations including opening/closing and cash handling.
• Keep the store organized, customer ready, and running smoothly.
• Follow safety and SOPs to protect customers and product.
• Own issues, maintain standards, and drive store execution.
• Leverage retail tech to enhance customer experience and operations.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when scheduled with clear leadership.
• Assist hiring, onboarding, and training of store associates.
• Coach teammates in real time and close performance gaps.
• Jump in anywhere to support team and store priorities.
