Qualifications

• 1+ years retail experience with leadership or key holder role
• Ability to coach, motivate and engage a diverse team
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Reliable, self-motivated and ready to take ownership
• Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor with energy and ownership, delivering solutions to customers.
• Coach the team to deliver great service and maintain product knowledge.
• Support sales goals and help the team close the loop with customers.
• Assist with opening/closing, cash handling and floor coverage.
• Maintain store standards and protect customers, teammates and product by following SOPs.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when scheduled and lead the team.
• Support hiring, onboarding and training of store associates.
• Jump in wherever needed to support store priorities.
