Job summary

Foot Locker, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead with energy, ownership, and purpose on the sales floor. You’ll coach the team, drive sales results, and help the Store Manager keep the store running smoothly every day.

This role requires 1+ year of retail experience, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. You’ll act as Manager on Duty when scheduled and contribute to a positive, high-performing team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership or key holding role.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, self motivated, and ready to take ownership.
• Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes.
