Qualifikationen

• One year of retail management experience is required.
• One year of customer service experience is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen where applicable.
• English reading and speaking proficiency is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Develops and executes a retail operations plan to meet daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals.
• Monitors product levels to hit budget and sales targets.
• Manages payroll and operating costs within budget.
• Ensures outstanding customer service to donors and customers.
• Leads day-to-day operations of the sales floor and trains staff.
• Willingness to travel to other GCNA locations as needed.
