Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or applicable certification or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of functional experience.
• Experience managing individual contributors and a department or has acted as a lead.
• Strong problem-solving skills: ability to resolve technical, operational, and organizational problems.
• Skill operating a POS system and various software packages.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to develop, evaluate, and coach staff to meet service standards.
• Deliver operating budgets and manage expenses to meet profitability expectations.
• Ensure accuracy of store operations including Front and Back House.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels through replenishment and shrink control.
• Communicate regularly with Area/District Manager about market information and employee successes.
