URBN's Detroit-based store seeks an Assistant Store Manager to drive selling, service, and operations in a dynamic environment. You will support leadership, develop teams, and ensure an engaging visual and customer experience.

The role emphasizes brand representation, people leadership, and collaboration with partners to meet store goals and uphold standards across omni-channel operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years store leadership experience.
• Experience in a retail environment.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a brand ambassador and reflects the company values; partners with the leadership team on the creation of an engaging visual experience that appeals to the FP customer.
• Creates selling initiatives that enhance the customer experience; builds lasting relationships through personalized service and product recommendations.
• Delivers omni-channel shopping experiences using MPOS, POS, and customer service apps.
• Guides the team to prioritize customer service and styling recommendations to drive metrics and store goals; provides timely feedback to foster accountability.
• Participates as the manager-on-duty by driving engagement in each zone and fostering a collaborative selling environment.
• Supports Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding to build bench strength and store connection.
• Manages daily operations, scheduling, payroll, and visual standards; ensures timely omni-channel order processing.
