Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct daily store operations and ensure adherence to policies.
• Develop and mentor assistant managers, shift leaders and sales associates.
• Monitor customer service, guest feedback and drive store performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation and labor laws.
• Manage inventory, vendor orders and weekly food/paper stock.
• Schedule staff to meet store needs and optimize staffing levels.
• Complete store visits to enforce policies and achieve inspections scores.
• Coordinate new product launches and promotions at the store level.
