Old Navy in Oak Brook is seeking an Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager to create and execute the store business plan, driving profitable sales through customer and product operations, merchandising and talent development. You will lead a high-performing team to deliver a best-in-class experience to customers.

You’ll coach Assistant Managers, Leads, Experts and Brand Associates to achieve performance goals.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of retail management experience.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Strong communication with customers and team to meet goals.
• Ability to coach and mentor other managers and staff.
• Driven by metrics to deliver store results.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, overnights and weekends.
• Organized with good time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of retail operations and ability to adapt store strategy.
