Old Navy is seeking an Assistant Manager to set the tone for the store and lead a high-performing team. You will drive profitable sales growth through customer-focused operations, merchandising and talent development, partnering with store leadership to execute the strategy and deliver a best-in-class experience to customers.

The role requires 1-3 years of retail management experience, a high school diploma, strong communication, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
