Bath & Body Works is seeking a Store Supervisor in a dynamic Miami location. You will partner with the Store Manager to develop associates, deliver consistent customer experiences, and drive growth.

Your day includes leading a team, coaching performance, and ensuring smooth operations across opening/closing routines. The role requires supervisory retail experience, strong communication, and a passion for customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior supervisory experience, preferably in a retail setting.
• Thrives in a customer-first based retail environment.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
• Effective communication and adaptability.
• Ability to provide in-the-moment coaching to associates.
• Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively.
• Must be available to work peak days and times, including varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Responsible for leadership tasks as delegated by the Store Manager including acting as Manager on Duty.
• Partner with Sales Leadership Team to support action plans that improve results and ensure effective execution of operational activities.
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits, receipt of shipment, and interpreting directives.
• Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive for work.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Lead in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs and recommending products.
• Train, coach, and motivate associates to improve selling and customer experience.
• Reinforce selling expectations, performance, results, and accountability.
