Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Set and reinforce clear performance expectations and goals.
• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience and operations.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to support action plans and execute plans.
• Lead floorset direction to showcase the product story and drive sales.
• Meet payroll targets by ensuring adequate selling coverage.
• Provide feedback and coaching to managers and associates.
