Bath & Body Works is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in developing outstanding associates and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will drive growth across the store as a brand ambassador with strong selling, leadership, and coaching capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Set and reinforce performance expectations, results goals, and accountability with all associates.
• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience, vendor relations, or maintenance issues.
• Partner with Sales Leadership Team to support action plans that improve results and ensure execution of operational activities.
• Implement floorset direction to optimize the business and bring the product story to life.
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits, shipment receipt, and adherence to directives.
• Set daily direction and goals for the team.
• Provide performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Meet payroll targets by ensuring sales floor coverage and selling focus.
• Lead in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge.
• Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs and personalized recommendations.
• Train, coach, reward, and motivate associates to improve selling and customer experience.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and adherence to policies.
