Job summary

You will educate customers on our product portfolio, handle cash duties, and ensure store operations meet policy and standards. The position requires strong communication and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have own personal reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to multitask and work autonomously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the product portfolio by presenting options that meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to the store manager, DDO, or corporate office if unresolved.
• Answer telephone inquiries and assist with customer applications or questions.
• Perform outbound customer sales, courtesy, and collection calls per regulations and procedures.
• Respond professionally and clearly to customers, explaining solutions and ensuring they feel valued.
• Handle cash operations, balance receipts, and ensure accuracy of transactions per policy.
