CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Mesa, AZ. This front-line role represents Check N Go, Allied Cash Advance, or Cash Store brands and requires delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining regulatory excellence.

You will educate customers on available financial products, handle cash, process transactions, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualificações

• 1+ year(s) of experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Educate customers on the product portfolio and present options that meet their needs.
• Answer telephone inquiries and assist with general questions and applications.
• Perform outbound customer sales, courtesy, and collection calls in compliance with regulations.
• Handle cash transactions, count currency, and balance end-of-day cash receipts.
• Process transactions per company policy, including loans, check cashing, and Net Spend.
• Comply with federal and state regulations and company policies.
